We are a free IRC Bouncer (BNC) provider originally provided for users of PanicIRC, but have expanded to allow use on other networks, we currently have 16 servers in 9 different countries that include: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, The Netherlands, Singapore, The United Kingdom, and The United States. With having servers in 9 different countries, we can guarantee that we'll provide a smooth and stable service with low latency.

All our servers run a Stable 64bit Debian 9.
All our BNCs run a customized ZNC based on 1.7-git.
To help protect us from data loss we do daily backups, and keep up to 4 days worth of backups
To monitor our resources and uptime of our servers we currently use statuscake and newrelic.
We currently use a customized centralized QwebIRC.
